Covid-19 Update

by Sensei Moncreaff on 03/16/20

Dear Students,

Effective March 13, 2020 we have suspended all classes due to Covid-19. This was not an easy decision but it is the right decision for our community. We will resume classes as soon as it is safe to do so.
We have worked hard to put together an awesome online training website for you and it will launch this week. We will have daily classes for all levels and ages, podcasts, specialized workouts, testing and more!

Thank you for supporting our studio in this challenging time. Looking forward to seeing you in our online dojo!

5th Degree Black Belt

by Sensei Moncreaff on 09/22/11

A few days ago I returned from a 3 day trip to Syracuse, NY where I was tested for and promoted to 5th Degree Black Belt by Grandmasters Greg Silva and Diego Perez.  I received a beautiful certificate designed by Ed Parker Jr. whose father was the found of our martial arts system.  The test was very challenging and I feel a great sense of accomplishment for surviving it!  The graduation ceremony held the day after the test was amazing.  It was an honor to be a part of it.  You can view my demonstration from the graduation on the video page.  I performed Form 7 set to music.

It is a great honor to now be a Professor of the Art.  I will strive to be worthy of the title!
